Work Package Title: Management and Monitoring
Duration: 36 Months
The objective of this WP is to ensure a smooth running of all activities, that is, project activities to be executed on time and in line with their description and the allocated budget.
Meetings: A kick-off project meeting will be organized in order to clarify the role and the terms of cooperation and co-ordination between the team members. Every 3 months project meetings will be organized with all the members of the team in order to discuss progress with Profs. Koutsoukos and Paraskeva. However, discussions between the students and Dr. Sygouni will be done daily and weekly in order to support and solve any problems may appear. The PI of the project has extended experience in the experimental procedures involved in the project and shall have a strong laboratorial contribution for the proper guidance of students.
Financial and information management procedures: The PI shall be responsible for the proper financial and information management procedures as well as she will develop and maintain all contractual documents in collaboration with the official personnel of ICE-HT. Two annual and one final report shall be issued in cooperation with the administration of FORTH/ICE-HT. Prof. Koutsoukos and Associate Prof. Paraskeva will be informed for the reports progress.
